A WallProfiler belong to exactly one isolate, we can bind it in the constructor and not have to retrieve Isolate::GetCurrent subsequently

Isolate*field toWallProfiler, bind it in the constructor, and use it throughout the code.Motivation:

WallProfilerbelong to exactly oneIsolate, we can bind it in the constructor and not have to retrieveIsolate::GetCurrentrepeatedly. This simplifies the code – many methods don't need to accept an isolate pointer anymore. It also makes the relationship a bit clearer.How to test the change?:
